We own multiple fishing vessels at key fishing harbors in the Gambia. We catch the finest quality seafood from the Atlantic ocean, process it based on our clients request and export to various destinations around the world. Seafood in a large scale is also sold locally within the country by our sister company Glossary Whole Foods and Fish Market.

Our Processing plant has been designed and constructed base on the standards and in compliance with EU and FDA regulations. We strictly follow EU standards and our processing plant is fully HACCP approved. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), a preventative food safety systems that takes stock of hazards in food is the control process we implement to make sure that the production of our seafood entails no hazards to our clients.

With our internal microbiology laboratory that meets the standards of EU and FDA methods of food testing, superior quality is guaranteed.
